A little about Annie... 

"My name is Annie and I am a proud Palawa woman. I feel a deep connection to my aboriginal heritage and to country when creating aboriginal artworks.  I am inspired by the land on which I live and work, Tommeginne country, as well as the waterways and mountainous regions of Lutruwita (Tasmania). Art and creating has always been in my blood. My mother (potter) and uncle (artist and musician) are both accomplished aboriginal artists in their own right, so it is no surprise I would follow in their footsteps. Aside from my artistic pursuits, I am a mum to two teenage boys and footy (AFL) is our life."
